I just want to say how much I enjoyed my trip on Monday with James. He was very good company and knows the mountains, just as well because the mist came down on our decent. Despite my recent Kilimanjaro trip, I did find the altitude a bit of a problem as I struggled over the last stages, I guess it was lack of acclimatisation. It was day 5 when we did the final Kili climb. 3,483m is not to be sneezed at (wheezed at??).
