Liam O'Regan Party (Winter Mountaineering Course Feb 09)
Just a brief mail to thank you and the team for a great few days on Mulhacen last week, (and afterwards in the Flowers!). Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, and I'm now back at my desk dealing with economy in recession etc. Please give my best regards to all especially Kiarsten (did I get that right?), Mike and Dave. I hope to get out to you again in the future.
Kimberley Stein (Camino del Rey (El Chorro)
Just wanted to thank you all so much for the hiking and rock climbing you arranged for me in el churro, camino del ray! it was the best 4 days of my life!!!! the Camino del ray gorge was far more beautiful than i expected! and my guides JENS and JANE were far more FUN + HELPFUL than i expected! JENS was extremely skilled and intelligent when it came to rock climbing and safety! he was very patient with me , because i climbed very slowly! and JENS climbs like a monkey! like speedy gonzales! he is an EXPERT! oh, and Jane was so fun to talk with and she was the perfect roommate at our lodge! and the food at our lodge was so yummy and all the people were so nice!
Anyway thanks again and I look forward to climbing with you in the future. roud I led a few climbs, and really did everything I wanted to do - and more and felt perfectly safe throughout. Just got to go practice those knots now
Justin Stone (3 dayer over the high peaks)
Many thanks for a fantastic 3 day hike across the mountains. Personally and I think I speak for all of us it was exactly what we wanted, even though we are all a little sore ! Your advice & tips were helpful and we now have some thinking to do regarding doing something like Kilo - Everest base camp or something a little more adventurous like winter skills & Mount Blanc.
I too had a fantastic week down south. Thanks a million to you for a job well done. Glad to hear that we infected Lanjaron with a bit of Poguery! The idea of returning to do some olive picking in the winter gets more appealing every day!
Joe Laylor and Larry Eagan(Winter Mountaineering Course Feb 09)
Many thanks to you and all the crew for such a memorable week. I not only enjoyed myself but learnt a lot. Photos look great, the family enjoyed them.

You were very accommodating from the outset of our trip. We spent a couple of days learning ice climbing before attempting our first 3000m+ summit. We found the guide extremely professional and very willing to teach and help us whenever he could. We would highly recommend you to both beginners at Alpine mountaineering and those who wish to expand their skills and climb more challenging peaks
Jane Fields and the Yorkshire team
Thanks for a superb fortnight! You took a group of ordinary people and gave us an extraordinary experience. We were made to feel safe at all times even when trying out new things (e.g. ice climbing). Your expert knowledge of the weather and mountain conditions meant that we remained dry, comfortable and active for the whole two weeks when other groups nearby spent hours drying out kit after aborted climbs!

Hope youre keeping very well and many thanks for a great trip. I learnt so much, learning to ski, mountaineering, climbing instruction. All this and transportation and accommodation too ...... unbelievable! Many thanks again, Ill be spreading the word. Take care of yourselves and safe days in the hills.

Just a short email to say thank you for the alpine lesson, me and Teresa had a great day out with yourself and Kiersten. It was good fun and we learnt valuable information on the day.
Just a short note to say thanks to yourself and Tracy for all your efforts in ensuring our trip was a roaring success. I, like the rest of the M.A.D. Club, had a great time both on and off road (and in the bars etc). Thankfully feeling a bit more human today; the excesses of Lanjaron's nightlife meant Sunday and Monday were very tough going. Hopefully the M.A.D. Club in some shape or form will pay a visit to Spanish Highs in the not too distant future.
