I can do the rope knots with my eyes closed now and soon there will be one in the garden on a tree to climb in. That rope part was really fun! It's really nice to talk with someone who is so much experienced and understands the mountains. You give me the confidence to go up alone where other people say I'm crazy going there. It would be nice to keep in touch by e-mail and Facebook. If I have questions about equipment, techniques or other stuff I will bother you by sending e-mails! And I don't know when but I will come back to the Sierra Nevada and then I meet you again!

Patagonia 3 week ice cap expedition expertly led by Richard Hartley of Spanish Highs Mountaineering. The expedition was successful in crossing the ice cap. The secondary aim of climbing one of the many rarely climbed peaks on the ice cap was cancelled due to lots of fresh deep wet snow causing avalanches.
